Broken Pipe Repair
We recently attended a customer’s property to clear a blockage they were experiencing. Upon investigation we located a broken pipe as seen.
We rectified this quickly to ensure the customer didn’t experience further issues.
Double Seal Manhole
Our team recently completed the installation of a double seal manhole system at a property in Essex to effectively prevent internal flooding.

ACO Drainage Install
We recently carried out an ACO drainage installation at a property in Essex to replace an old system that had deteriorated due to years of wear and tear.
The existing channels were cracked and ineffective, leading to pooling water and increased risk of flooding.
By installing a new, durable ACO channel drain, we restored efficient surface water management around the property, protecting foundations and walkways from water damage.

From initially coming round to investigate with cameras and finding out there was a massive build up of scale and then deciding to put a new stack pipe, they have been clean, punctual, reliable, professional and all round amazing, especially J and L who replaced the stack pipe today. JB dug out an old manhole, and cemented in a new casing and manhole cover. Quick, clean, and very efficient. Excellent job. Also explained everything to me beforehand. I found John when he was replacing a gutter around a bay – was very impressed with his work on a tricky job. Felt very comfortable with him coming to my flat. Highly recommend.
JB Drains Ltd are exceptionally good. I have been having problems with my ensuite toilet basin and shower, my bathroom toilet and basin and my cloakroom toilet and basin. James and Jamie turned up on time, they were so friendly, respectful and caring. They checked out all of my sanitary ware and the outside drains they checked with a camera. They have given me sound advice which I will now be following to ensure that the nasty smells that were occurring stop occurring. I would thoroughly recommend this company and these two guys were tremendous. Definitely five stars.
